What's up, everyone!

It's been a long time since I posted a blog and I'm excited to be back! Recently, I put out a new McCafferty EP (a collection of singles from the past year), and we just uploaded our first podcast in 6 months! Mentally, I have been in an okay spot. I still have manic bipolar episodes, but I don't get manic anxiety anymore. Instead, I've been getting depressed, but I'm so thankful for all the support from the McCafferty community and my family.

Looking forward for McCafferty, I plan on starting to write for my 5th full album, but have been having a hard time getting going. I have put out so many songs in my life and never really have taken a break from writing but it has been over 3 months. I want to make sure the next album feels fresh and is worthy of being put out, but it may take me some time for it.

In other news, the McCafferty Spotify is nearing 1,200,000 listeners which is absolutely crazy! As always I am incredibly thankful for you all for listening and following the band.
